All staff have communication skills and clinical knowledge up-dates, thereby increasing their confidence. Pharmacists are always available to give support and play a vital role.

Lucam trade is a social learning experience, during which all staff interact with other professionals within the group which encourages learning about products, services and the organisation.

5. How do staff recommend and advise?

We have found that customers value advice, knowledge, understanding and honesty, which has lead to trust. In the past we have stayed within OUR comfort zone and only supplied certain ranges. Now, we constantly strive to excel ourselves by continuous learning outside our comfort zone and entering new territories.

Staff have helped to stabalise, grow and solve situations within customer companies. The staff advice is making a difference - providing guidance, helping customer and increasing satisfaction, by advising, guiding and supporting individuals and organisations.
